In this edition of Triumphal Feast we continue looking at the opening of Paul’s letter to the church at Ephesus. Part 1 of this message defines two titles that Paul uses for the members at this church.

Contrary to what many believe, a saint is not elected by a group of bishops based upon some miracle the person has performed. The term “saint” is a title given to all children of God because He sets them apart in sovereign election.

The other title Paul uses is “faithful.” The faithful at Ephesus are those who heard and understood what God had done for them in Jesus Christ and then put their beliefs into action.
