“Complaint and Confidence on the Cross” • Psalm 22 – Elder Bryce Lowrance. Through the inspiration of the Spirit, David declares that Jesus, while dying, taught us to trust our Heavenly Father. There are three cycles of complaint and confidence recorded in this Psalm of the Cross. Each cycle increases in the details of the despair and agony of Jesus on the cross. But each complaint is met with an ever-increasing amount of confidence in God’s deliverance.

Part 1 includes the first two complaints as well as the confident responses to those complaints. This part also includes the beginning of the final and most horrible complaint.
