I also encourage the people of God to engage their pastors more. A true man of God will not only appreciate being asked questions, he will more fully understand that God has called him to be your under-shepherd.
I think one of the greatest liberties to be found is when we admit that we are so small and tiny compared to God.

We most certainly must be on fire for the Lord in our personal discipleship but that cannot be to the neglect of others.
Our personal zeal to be close to Jesus should also encourage us to help others.
Our personal Galilean ministry should consist of simple, everyday actions that are of benefit to another person.
