Greetings in the name of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.

Here is a little information about me and what I try to do in the Lord’s service…

My name is Elder Bryce Lowrance and I am blessed to Pastor Mount Paran Primitive Baptist Church in Walton Co. Georgia. I was ordained in 2002 and have tried to serve three different churches (including Mount Paran) in Florida, Texas, and Georgia.

My music background includes over 20 years in public school choral music education and over 30 years teaching a cappella singing schools at many churches and camps throughout the country.

I have had the privilege to work on three hymnals. I was the Music Editor for the “Primitive Baptist Hymnal” published in 2004. I am currently the President and Music Editor for “Songs of Zion.” Most recently, I have been blessed to join the board of the Old School Hymnal Foundation to produce the Centennial Edition in 2020.

My wife, Terri and I have been married for over 30 years and we are blessed with five beautiful children ranging in ages from 25 down to 12!

This website contains a few ministries which I try to serve.

• “Little Brother’s Thoughts on the Bible” is a blog of Bible commentary.
• “A Walk Through the Gospels” is a weekly study that we are conducting at Mount Paran Church as we study the life of Christ using all four gospel accounts.
• “Everyone Can Sing” contains links to my singing school ministry as well as information on music reading books.
